We received the Ruffoni Hammered Stainless Steel Braiser from the Opus Prima Collection a few weeks back to test out. With the holidays and travel, we haven’t had a chance to try it out. That all changed yesterday. It was our plan to make a super meal for the Super Bowl. Well, the Super Bowl didn’t turn out to be all that super, but the Braised Short Ribs we cooked in this braiser certainly were!
We will cook a few more meals in this braiser before publishing a review, but here are a few images to wet your lips.
